1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is considered confirmed after payment or deposit has been received.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information during the booking process.

2. Payment

• Tour prices are listed in USD or IDR unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required before the tour begins.
• Any bank transfer fees or transaction charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.
• Refund eligibility depends on the tour type and cancellation period.
• No refunds will be provided for:
  • No-shows
  • Late arrivals
  • Unused services during the tour
  • Weather conditions or events beyond our control

4. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, schedules, accommodations, transportation, or activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, local regulations, or operational reasons. Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase personal travel insurance covering:

• Medical emergencies
• Accidents
• Trip cancellations
• Loss of personal belongings

6. Health & Safety

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the selected activities.
• Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by guides or staff during the tour.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who may endanger themselves or others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lombok Local Experience is not responsible for:

• Natural disasters
• Weather disruptions
• Accidents or injuries
• Delays beyond our control
• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
• Additional expenses caused by unforeseen circumstances
